The Results
Kai Mayfair has been crowned the 2011 Tsingtao Beer Legacy of Taste champion. This year the judges found choosing the overall winner an extremely tough decision as all three finalists put up a truly wonderful dining experience. All three restaurants presented their the food to the very highest standard along with a true knowledge of Chinese cuisine, high levels of professionalism, and an ambiance which all accumulated into a magical and memorable experience. As well as the Legacy of Taste award, and many others to boast, Kai Mayfair is the only Chinese restaurant to be accredited with a Michelin star. Bernard, his head chef and his entire staff have all worked extremely hard to ensure Kai Mayfair is Britain's favourite Chinese restaurant.
