The Search
TV chef Ching-He Huang has teamed up with China's number one selling beer, Tsingtao, to find the best Chinese dining experience in the UK. Members of the public are now invited to nominate their favourite Chinese restaurant.
The Process
1. Nominations (June/July)
2. Voting (August)
Support your favourite restaurant by voting and you could win a trip for two to China, courtesy of Cathay Pacific.
3. Judging (September)
Ching-He Huang will lead a judging panel to scrutinise the three restaurants with the most votes.
4. Awards Ceremony (November 9th)
One restaurant will be crowned Legacy of Taste 2011 champion.
The Winning Restaurant
The Chinese restaurant that wins the Legacy of Taste 2011 title will be awarded a prestigious trophy for display in their restaurant and will benefit from extensive PR coverage. The award will be presented by Ching-He Huang at an exclusive awards dinner event at London's Courthouse Doubletree hotel on November 9th.
